What does the process involve?
The process involves identifying the user's goals and coming up with a task list to achieve those goals. Evaluators then flag problems users may have as they use the product.
What do I get from the BASIC evaluation?
On the basic package, you will receive a formatted spreadsheet showing the page evaluated, the problem found, the heuristic issue, the problem severity, and the recommendations for fixes.
What do I get from the PREMIUM evaluation?
On the premium package, you will receive a formatted spreadsheet showing the page evaluated, the problem found, the heuristic issue, the problem severity, the number of experts that mentioned this, and the recommendations for fixes. You will also receive wireframed fixes for the improvements.
