Hi! I’m a Computer Science student at Valencia College, graduating Spring 2027, with hands-on junior-level IT support experience for an insurance agency.

They were patient and walked me through Google Classroom step by step using my actual lesson plans and materials. I feel much more comfortable using the platform now and understand how to upload my documents, create assignments, and organize my class. Good experience working with Jonathan. He helped us check 15 business computers for Windows 11 compatibility and walked us through the process using remote access.
