Built hardware prototypes and edge-computing solutions for industrial, aerospace and defense needs, a bit of everything that has to actually work in the field. Did deeper research around power electronics, linear control systems, and IoT roll outs while also teaming up on higher level academic papers and some pretty competitive engineering tasks. Modeled buck converters and then applied control methods, like PID, LQR tuning, plus Nyquist stability analysis so the overall system stays stable, even when the real world gets messy. Also designed and deployed distributed hardware systems using ESP32 setups and LoRa mesh networks, so real time telemetry plus monitoring could run without much drama. Integrated biometric sensors, environmental logic, and custom PCB layouts into hardware enclosures that were functional not just “bench tested”. Finally, developed and showed working hardware solutions at notable technical events, including NUST-Aerothon , and Drone Tech competitions.
