After failing to follow the initial pixel dimension requirements, when asked for a revision to the first submission, Jennifer charged me again when I requested a revision. The final product came out as initially expected, but buyer beware: Jennifer will charge you for any revisions that you may request.

I cannot write a realistic review until I know that the image will work. This is impossible until I get the 'final' version which means I must approve and pay for it - a catch 22 situation. As far as I can tell, Jennifer has done a great job with speed..
