For 20+ years I've led leadership development at a global company, and I'm an ordained minister and author of the Dearest Son devotionals, read by tens of thousands.
That mix is what you hear: warm and sincere for a devotional or meditation, and grounded with real authority for a corporate or leadership script. I've officiated hundreds of ceremonies, so speaking to real people is second nature.
