I have experience managing complete TikTok Shop setup projects from start to finish. I begin by communicating with the client to understand their business, products, target market, and specific requirements, then collect and review the necessary store, business, product, shipping, and verification information. I proceed with setting up the TikTok Shop Seller Center, configuring the required store settings, organizing product information, and creating optimized product listings. Before submission, I carefully review the shop to ensure the required information and policies are properly addressed. I then assist with the verification and approval process, monitor the application, respond to any issues or requested changes, and make the necessary adjustments until the TikTok Shop is approved. After approval, I ensure the shop is properly configured and ready for product publishing, selling, fulfillment, promotion, and future growth.
Make automation
Sep 2025 - Present • 1 yr 1 mo
I have experience managing Make.com automation projects from the initial client consultation through successful implementation. I begin by understanding the client's business process, identifying repetitive tasks, and gathering the requirements, applications, data, triggers, and desired outcomes. I then design and build the appropriate Make.com scenarios, connecting platforms through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, filters, routers, and custom logic where required. After building the workflow, I thoroughly test each step, troubleshoot errors, verify data mapping and automation triggers, and make adjustments to ensure everything works reliably. I communicate with the client throughout the project, provide updates and demonstrations, and complete the automation once the workflow is running as expected and ready for ongoing use.
