Hi, I'm Jess, a native English speaker studying English at the University of Liverpool. I have experience volunteering with non-native English speakers, leading conversation sessions to help learners build confidence, improve fluency, and practise real-life communication. I offer English conversation practice, essay feedback, proofreading, grammar correction, academic writing support, and help with professional writing such as emails, CVs, and cover letters. I'm also learning Japanese, so I understand the challenges of language learning and aim to provide friendly, personalised support.
