I'm Jim, an "American Storyteller" conversational voice over artist. You may have heard me on Delta Airlines, promos on PBS, the BBC, NBC and commercials for great clients like AAA Auto Club, Old Crow Whiskey, Karl Lagerfeld Design Studio, Apple Vacations and Benjamin Moore Paints
I am a member of the National Association of World-Voices Organization (WOVO) with several decades of experience.
I do commercials, documentaries, audiobooks, video narrations, and promos from my pro home studio in Phoenix for broadcast quality and enjoy cooking, reading, swimming and travel with my wife.

FAQ
In what audio format will my project be delivered?
Mp3 audio files are industry standard for audiobooks.
How long will my order take to complete?
It will depend on the number of words. Audiobooks are more time intensive due to the required ACX standards for audiobook recording and formatting.
What is the policy on revisions?
The goal is to get it right the first time, no revisions needed. Obviously, if I screw up, there's no cost to fix that. One revision, not including script changes, up to first 600 words is free. Additional words are paid at $50 per 1000 words.
What is your time zone?
Arizona never changes and observes Mountain Standard Time (MST) all year.
Do you offer character voices?
I also offer a senior mature character.
Do you offer varying delivery styles?
Of course. Emotion is very important to a script! Some voice projects are happy, others are sad. Some are serious and others are glad. Some projects are gleeful but others are mad. Communicate with me how you would like your words to sound.
What is your native speaking language?
I was born in the USA and have degrees including broadcasting and journalism. I speak three other languages but only do voice overs in my native English language.
