I build Career Transition Funds for career-driven professionals so their next move is funded on purpose rather than absorbed as a financial hit. Most money advice treats a career change as an emergency to get through. I treat it as something you fund ahead of time, the same way you would fund anything else that matters. Why this work, and why me I spent my career inside Human Resources, which means I have seen both sides of the employment equation. I also built and funded my own Career Transition Fund before I taught it to anyone.
