Directly reporting to the KTM CEO in Asia and coordinating with Asia Sales in production planning, I coordinated a Team of 150 people and 6 managers by spearheading diverse operational functions to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate overall performance for CKD motorcycle manufacturing. Strong project management activities allowed me to complete complex projects such as: *Production Volume Increase: Successfully accomplished a remarkable 60% rise in production volume over a span of 3 years through persistent enhancements and optimizations (from 7800 to 12500 units/year). *Flawless COP Evaluation: Demonstrated consistent excellence by consecutively achieving flawless evaluations in COP (Conformity of Production) assessments conducted by third-party entities over a period of 3 years. *Enhanced Local Content: Establishing an engine assembly line that significantly increased the local content in locally manufactured motorcycles, bolstering regional value addition and promoting self-sufficiency. * ISO 9001:2015 Certification: Attaining the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification within an impressive timeline of less than a year, showcasing a robust Quality Management System and a strong commitment to exceptional standards.
