Hi my name is Jaime, I have been working in the architecture industry as draftsman using BIM Revit Architecture, 3D modeling and Rendering in Enscape. I have over 10+ years of experience using Revit and working in architecture along with residential home designs. I have drafted commercial buildings, schools, and parking garages (structural). All my experience is here in the State of Texas. I'm not licensed, however am able to perform "moonlight" work.

What information do you need to start my project?
I usually need the project address, basic dimensions, sketches or reference plans, required room list, preferred style, and any city/HOA guidelines you have
What exactly is included in your architectural drafting service?
I provide 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans as needed, created in Revit 2025, and delivered in PDF plus source files if your package includes them
Can you work from my sketch or old drawings?
Yes. I can work from hand sketches, scanned PDFs, or old plans and convert them into clean, accurate CAD/Revit drawings as long as they are readable
Do you provide structural, MEP, or stamped drawings?
I provide architectural drafting only. I do not offer structural calculations, MEP design, or stamped drawings by a licensed professional; you’ll need a local engineer/architect for that.
What if I need changes after the order is completed?
Small edits may be handled with a quick extra; larger scope changes or new ideas after approval will require a new order or a custom offer.
Can you prepare drawings for building permits?
I can prepare drawings to a level typically used for permit submissions (plans, elevations, sections, basic notes). However, local requirements vary, so you are responsible for having a local professional review and stamp if required
Can you guarantee that my city will approve the plans?
I cannot guarantee approval, as each jurisdiction has its own rules and reviewers. I can update the drawings based on feedback within the revision limits of your package.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the drawings?
I always start with clear requirements and offer revisions to get your drawings where you need them. If we still can’t reach what you want within the agreed scope, we can discuss a partial or full cancellation through Fiverr’s Resolution Center on a case-by-case basis.
