À propos de moi
Rowing/Crew Coxswain coaching, race recording review, drills, mental training and discussion.
Rowing/Crew Coxswain at a high level for many years. Canadian University National Champion in LM4+. Currently working as a whale watching tour guide.
As a high school and university coxswain there very few development opportunities for coxswains, this is something I want to change. Over 2000m rowing is a game of inches and confident coxswain can be the difference between a winning boat and a losing boat
Passionate public speaker and lifelong athlete.
