I will work with you to make you a better coxswain. There are 3 pillars to being a coxswain. 1) Safety 2) Steering 3) Coaching. All three are built on the confidence of the coxswain. By doing things like listening to race or practice recordings and discussing where we can add value to the boat, we can make you into a valuable addition to a high school, club, or college crew team.

Rowing/Crew Coxswain coaching, race recording review, drills, mental training and discussion. Rowing/Crew Coxswain at a high level for many years. Canadian University National Champion in LM4+. Currently working as a whale watching tour guide. As a high school and university coxswain there very few development opportunities for coxswains, this is something I want to change. Over 2000m rowing is a game of inches and confident coxswain can be the difference between a winning boat and a losing boat Passionate public speaker and lifelong athlete.
