I have been working as a certified yoga instructor since 2016 on Yoga Postures (Asanas), Meditation (Dhayana), Breath control techniques (Pranayama), OM Meditation (OM Japa), Humming Bee Breath (Bhramari Pranayama) and Corpse Pose (Shavasana), Guided Rest (Yoga Nidra) sessions. Breath control techniques: Increase energy level, improve lung capacity, and helps manage stress and anxiety. Preparation Guidelines: *To practice safely and comfortably, please allow sufficient time for digestion before your session: Heavy Meal: 4 hours Light Meal: 2 hours Small Snacks: 30-60 minutes *Find a calm, quite, and comfortable space in your home where you can practice without interruption.
