Due to platform limitations, I selected H&M as the closest reference. However, the following experience reflects my role in a commercial project for a local fashion-tech brand. COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER – Offline Channel Development (Budget: ~4 billion VND) -Successfully launched the first offline flagship store, which became the most profitable channel with the highest P&L efficiency across the brand’s entire sales ecosystem. -Led end-to-end execution, from concept design and construction to store setup, operational training, and system optimization. Strategic R&D: Acted as a consultant to the CEO on business strategy and market expansion, contributing to the development of O2O (online-to-offline) integration aligned with international standards. -AI-Driven Innovation: Leveraged AI tools to enhance strategic research and simplify complex communication, enabling faster and more effective decision-making.
