Hi, I'm Jena!
I have an M.A. in English Writing and Rhetoric and a B.A. in English Literature.
In graduate school, I specialized in creative writing and wrote my thesis on classifying transgressive fiction. I specialize in many different genres, but I'm particularly well-versed in anything dark, weird, or subversive. My biggest editing strength is helping with character development.
I've spent the last eight years teaching college writing courses at South Dakota State University and Southeast Technical College.
Additionally, I've been working as a developmental editor for two years.
