A web design studio in Barcelona for local businesses: tradespeople, car repair shops, stores and professional offices. I built all of it myself, end to end: · The studio’s own website, built in Next.js. Its contact form logs every enquiry in a custom CRM and records which campaign it came from. · A custom CRM (Next.js + Supabase) with clients, orders, invoicing, a calendar that sends alerts to my phone, and cookie-free visitor statistics. It installs on a phone like an app. · An audit system that measures a business’s website: homepage weight, whether you can call from a phone, whether the contact form works, the legal pages, and analytics. The result is a written report with what I’d fix first. · Custom demos for each business, with its own branding, colors and photos. Each one is tested on mobile at 375 px, with measured contrast and no horizontal scrolling. How I work: a fixed price agreed before we start, no long-term contracts, and no promises of Google rankings that nobody can guarantee.
