Je me spécialise dans l’ingénierie inverse et la modélisation CAD basée sur des scans pour la fabrication réelle.
Mon travail ne se limite pas à un nettoyage STL simple ou à une modélisation cosmétique. Je crée des modèles CAD propres, entièrement paramétriques, précis, modifiables et prêts pour la production. Cela inclut des pièces dérivées de scans 3D, des assemblages et des composants hérités où la précision et l’ajustement sont essentiels.
La plupart de mes projets concernent :
- Reconstruction scan en CAD (STL, OBJ, nuages de points)
- Fichiers paramétriques STEP et CAD natifs
- Assemblages avec une logique du monde réel
- Géométrie prête à la fabrication pour l’impression 3D, CNC, moules et outillages
- Composants automobiles, mécaniques et fonctionnels
Je me concentre sur l’intention d’ingénierie, pas seulement sur la géométrie. Cela signifie des interfaces correctes, une logique de parois, une séparation des pièces et des modèles pouvant être modifiés ou mis à l’échelle ultérieurement sans tout reconstruire à partir de zéro.
Je vérifie généralement les fichiers avant de faire un devis, car la précision, les tolérances et le processus de fabrication prévu sont plus importants que la complexité visuelle.
Si vous avez besoin de conversions rapides et économiques, je ne suis probablement pas la bonne personne.
Si vous avez besoin d’un CAD fiable pour la production, nous travaillerons bien ensemble.
