This program is designed for the trainee who has at least 1-3 years of experience lifting weights and is looking to take his or her physique to the next level. If you have never touched a weight in your life, I would recommend my Strength Program for you to get started on before considering this program.
The word "hypertrophy" is the scientific term for muscle growth. This program is designed to maximize the actual size of your muscles, making aesthetics the number one priority. This program is great for someone who has a decent amount of experience in the gym, but has not seen continual progress over time. It is ideal for someone who already works out a lot, but still looks the exact same as they did a year ago.
Consists of four to five workouts a week, prioritizing a different muscle group each day. I say four to five, because if you know you can't make it to the gym a fifth day out of the week, you can easily add one of the workouts to the end of one of the other days. This program will teach you the fundamentals of bodybuilding and will introduce a plethora of isolation movements necessary to build your desired aesthetic physique.
