White-label Drupal for agencies

I keep agencies' Drupal sites running, under their name, when they no longer have a Drupal developer. Updates, security and the move to Drupal 11, at a fixed price per site. The client only ever talks to the agency. White-label portfolio, since 2018: 17 Drupal sites for Belgian non-profit, health and social housing organisations, resold through two agencies. One procedure for every site, 10 already on Drupal 11. 573 logged interventions since 2021, 292 of them security updates. No major incident. Orders come in on Tuesday and are done Thursday morning; Thursday and Friday stay free for anything that blocks. Sites include a pharmacists' professional order with SAML single sign-on, a trilingual cultural venue with ticketing and a social housing platform. Extra hands: two weeks as acting lead developer for a US agency in October 2026, WordPress included, and help on a university tender response with the same agency. Embedded support inside the central web team of a large US public university, seven Drupal sites. ADA remediation on its medical school sites: 3,431 contrast failures closed across 1,587 pages. Fixed dates: Cinequest Film Festival, San Jose. New site delivered for the 2022 festival, upgraded to Drupal 11 in 2026. I was recommended by their former IT manager and called back three years later. Also full builds for ACEP (microfinance) and ALPHA CIMENT (industry), and a Drupal 7 exit for FAPBM, with a monthly maintenance report. I work in the agency's repository and tickets and, if it wants, with an email address in its name. From code to hosting: Composer, GitLab CI from staging to production, Solr, Pantheon, Cloudways, Level27, Infomaniak, VPS.
