Worked on the development and maintenance of Runway 7 digital platforms, mainly using WordPress and Elementor, implementing design changes, improving responsive layouts, and completing tasks from the internal taskboard. I also contributed to projects such as Runway 7 Tour, Runway 7 Academy, and internal tools, including documentation, plugin reviews, forms, WooCommerce-related functionality, and workflow improvements. In addition, I worked on internal software ideas such as NEXWAY, a proposed softphone/call center system designed to support sales teams, with concepts involving React, TypeScript, Fastify, PostgreSQL and Twilio. I also explored transcription, translation and call-analysis workflows for sales conversations, as well as internal web tools and content-related projects.
