Yes... your rates, costs, and margins are used only to build your model and are never shared or reused. I can work with placeholder numbers first if you'd rather not share real figures until the structure is approved.
What happens when my prices change later?
That's the point of the build. Rates live in one master table, so you change a number in one place and every tier, quote, and margin updates automatically. No rebuilding, and no hiring me again.
Can you handle complicated pricing... volume discounts, add-ons, multiple tiers?
Yes. Tiered rates, volume breaks, add-ons, and per-customer overrides are all standard. If your pricing has an unusual rule, describe it and I'll tell you honestly whether it fits before you order.
Does this work for product businesses, or only services?
Both. The structure changes (unit cost and margin for products, rate and labor for services) but the approach is the same.
I already have a messy pricing spreadsheet. Can you build on it instead of starting over?
