I help contractors and service-based businesses build practical GoHighLevel systems that improve lead management and reduce missed opportunities. I have worked on CRM pipelines, lead capture, automated SMS and email sequences, missed-call text-back systems, appointment workflows, lead re-engagement, and opportunity management. One recent solution involved creating a GoHighLevel lead recovery workflow for a home service business. I connected incoming leads to the CRM, organized them through pipeline stages, triggered automated messages for inactive leads, and added conditions to stop the automation when a lead responded or booked an appointment. I also tested the workflow to ensure leads were routed and contacted correctly.
