FAQ
Can you migrate without losing my notes and attachments?
Yes. Premium carries notes, attachments, owners, tags and activity history, not just names and emails. I run a test import first so you approve the mapping before the full load.
Will my old CRM go down during migration?
No. Your old system stays live and untouched until you confirm Zoho is correct.
What if the two apps have no native connector?
Then I build it with Zoho Flow, a webhook or a custom API call. That's covered in Premium.
Is two-way sync possible?
For most tools yes. Some apps only allow one direction via their API. Message me with the app name and I'll confirm before you order.
Do I need paid Zapier or Make?
Not always. I use Zoho Flow where I can, which is included in most Zoho plans, to save you a subscription.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Admin invite and API tokens only, shared through Fiverr, revoked when the job ends.
