I am all about a well-constructed narrative and a beautiful story. There is nothing more compelling than a fun adventure coupled with a journey of change for a character with unique desires and flaws. With my advice and pointers as a beta-reader, your story can be just that and reach the eyes and hearts of millions!
For each manuscript, I will give a full read-through with detailed thoughts from a reader's perspective. I'll give you a full analysis of bright spots, areas that need improvement, areas to consider omitting, and thoughts on the story's structure itself. Do note, my suggestions for improvement/omission are not the law. They are merely suggestions and final decisions on your manuscript are entirely up to you.
As for what I will be breaking down in your narrative for you:
- Opening/Hook
- Plot/Pacing
- Characters/characterization
- Dialogue
- Setting/Worldbuilding
The only genres I am reading at this time are:

Only beta reader (out of 25 over a 18 month period) I have had for the same speculative fiction manuscript who admitted to only reading 1/6th of the manuscript before submitting his evaluation. While I appreciate all feedback, both negative and positive, the 700 words was vague and not very actionable.
