At Matt Constructions, my main job was to help them look incredibly professional online and make sure they never missed a potential new client. Construction teams are often very busy working on building sites, so they needed a system that did the heavy lifting for them on the internet. I stepped in to design a beautiful, easy-to-use website and set up GoHighLevel to run their customer service and sales tasks automatically without confusing technical steps. What I Did for Web Design: For the web design side, I knew that people looking to hire a builder want to feel trust and see proof of good work. I built a website that proudly displayed their past construction projects using clear, large photo galleries. I made sure the words on the pages were simple to read and explained their building services clearly. Because many homeowners search for contractors on their phones, I made sure the website looked perfect and loaded very quickly on all mobile devices. I also placed clear "Get a Free Quote" buttons in smart places on every single page, so visitors always knew exactly how to contact the business without having to search for a phone number. What I Did for GoHighLevel: While the website was the face of the company, GoHighLevel was the smart engine running in the background. Builders are usually too busy on-site to answer every single email right away. To fix this, I set up GoHighLevel to act like a round-the-clock virtual assistant. Whenever a visitor filled out a quote form on the website, their details were instantly saved in a clean, organized contact list. I built easy-to-use calendars so clients could book a time for a site visit. I also created automatic text messages and emails. If someone asked for a price, the system immediately sent a friendly text saying, "We received your request and will call you soon!" This kept the clients happy and stopped them from going to a competitor.

At Toby's Estate, my goal was to ensure their online presence matched the high quality of their brand. I took on a dual role: making their website look beautiful and easy to use, while also setting up GoHighLevel to handle customer relationships and sales automatically. I made sure that from the moment a customer landed on the website to the moment they made a purchase, everything felt smooth and effortless. What I Did for Web Design: First, I focused on the website's design. I created web pages that were visually pleasing and very simple for anyone to navigate. I made sure that whether a customer was visiting on a computer or a mobile phone, the pages loaded fast and looked perfect. I organized the layout so visitors could easily find products without getting lost or confused. I created clear buttons, attractive photo displays, and highly readable text areas. My main focus was making the journey from browsing to buying as easy as possible for every single visitor. What I Did for GoHighLevel: While the website was the front door, GoHighLevel was the smart engine in the background. I set up this system so the business did not have to do repetitive tasks by hand. When a new customer filled out a form on the website, I built a setup that automatically saved their details in a neat, organized list. I also created automated email and text message sequences. If someone started buying but stopped, the system sent a friendly reminder. I set up automatic welcome emails and thank-you messages. This kept customers happy without the staff needing to type out every email. Connecting Both Worlds: The best part was making the website and GoHighLevel work together perfectly. I connected all website forms directly to the background system. If a client asked a question on the site, the business was instantly notified, and the automated system replied fast. This blend of simple design and smart automation saved the business hours of time every week and kept their customers coming
