For actual work experience, I have over 5 years in sales, so I am very aware of how to speak to customers, upsell items, and how to be professional. With that being said, anyone who has worked in sales knows you must have a "customer voice", and that skill translates directly to VO. I do have legitimate experience with leadership, in my current day job, I manage 14 different associates in a manufacturing line.
