What file types can you work with?
I primarily work with Excel XLSX/XLS and CSV files. Please contact me before ordering for Google Sheets or other formats.
What data cleaning can you perform?
I can remove duplicates, standardize formats, identify missing or invalid values, validate data, reorganize columns, combine files, and prepare data for analysis or reporting.
What are the package limits?
Basic covers 1 file up to 2,000 rows. Standard covers up to 3 files or 7,500 total rows. Premium covers up to 5 files or 20,000 total rows.
Can you combine multiple Excel or CSV files?
Yes. File consolidation is included in Premium when appropriate. Please contact me first for many files, different structures, or complex matching requirements.
Can you use Python or pandas to process my data?
Yes. I use Python and pandas when they provide a more reliable or repeatable solution. Premium may include reusable source code when automation is appropriate.
What happens if my data is unclear or ambiguous?
I will not guess values that cannot be reliably determined. Unclear or conflicting records can be flagged for review so you can decide how they should be handled.
