Je crains de ne réserver ces services qu'aux clients réguliers à long terme. L'une des raisons est que je n'ai tout simplement pas le temps de planifier une communication en direct avec de nouveaux clients, dont la plupart ne finissent pas par passer une commande, car je reçois jusqu'à 25 demandes par jour. Je propose cependant la communication vidéo.
Dois-je conserver tout le code source ?
Oui - qu'il s'agisse de formules, de programmation VBA ou de Google Apps Script, je ne retiens rien dans mes livraisons. Tout le codage est entièrement à vous de voir et d'utiliser comme vous le souhaitez.
