Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Strictly speaking, no. Practically, it’s smarter. A short message lets us align on goals, audience, and style so I don’t waste time going in the wrong direction and you don’t waste money on the wrong edit.
What do you need from me to start?
At minimum: your raw footage and a clear goal for the ad (what you want people to do or feel). Helpful extras: logo (PNG), brand colors/fonts, product photos, existing ads you like, and a script or bullet-point message if you have one.
Do you film or create new footage for me?
No. This gig is for editing and shaping the story. I work with the material you provide and, when needed, support it with stock footage. I don’t shoot on location or handle physical production.
Can you make an ad using only photos?
Yes, but with limits. I can build a motion-based spot using your photos (camera moves, cuts, text, stock footage, etc.), but if you want something truly cinematic, you should send real video. Photos-only will never feel as alive as good footage.
Can you help with the script or concept?
Yes. If you don’t have a script, give me the product, target audience, and main goal. I can shape the message and structure as part of the higher tiers or as an extra. The more clarity you give me, the stronger the script.
Which platforms do you edit for?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website promos. I can deliver in 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 and adjust pacing and framing so each version actually works on its platform instead of being a lazy crop.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions for tweaks and refinements, not for re-editing the project from scratch. If you change the brief or want a different direction after delivery, that’s billable as an extra revision or a new order.
I need multiple versions of the same ad. How do we handle that?
That’s exactly what my variations and extras are for. We can create a main master and then cut shorter versions, different hooks, or different formats for testing. It’s more efficient (and cheaper) than ordering separate gigs for each.
