The project consisted of the development of a custom Full-Stack web application for El Salto Adelante, designed to automate and massively manage the documentary compliance for subsidized workforce integration projects. Business Context: The company manages public grants that require exhaustive justification before the public administration. This involved extracting user and activity information from Notion, to then manually create thousands of folders in Google Drive and place the files there with strict naming conventions and formats. This bureaucratic process consumed countless hours of work and was highly prone to human error. Developed Product: To solve this bottleneck, I designed and programmed from scratch a complete and independent software platform that acts as a smart bridge between Notion and Google Drive, automating all data migration and structuring. Technical features and key functionalities: Visual folder tree editor: Development of an interactive interface where the team can visually model the exact directory hierarchy required by the public administration for each grant. SQL query and filter engine: Implementation of an advanced filtering system that allows users to precisely select which Notion databases to process, choosing specific tables, columns, and applying SQL-based logical filters to the records. Deep API integration: Robust, bidirectional connection with the Notion and Google Drive APIs for the mass extraction of metadata and the downloading/uploading of attached files. Mass automatic generation: An algorithm capable of processing user configurations to instantiate thousands of nested folders in Google Drive and bulk-transfer the corresponding files with the correct format. Scalable architecture: Application built under Software Engineering standards.
