Hi, I’m Birk Althausen, an electronics engineer based in Germany and currently working in Scotland.
I help turn hardware ideas into reliable, manufacturable products. My work covers AC-DC power supply design, RF multilayer PCB & antenna design (Altium), full PCB development, prototyping support, and schematic/PCB reviews.
I focus on practical engineering clean layouts, solid grounding, proper impedance control, EMI awareness, and designs that are easy to manufacture and test. The goal is always the same: avoid costly re-spins and make sure your board works the first time.
