I design, build, and optimize complete GoHighLevel CRM and automation systems for businesses that need a more reliable way to manage leads and follow-ups. My work includes setting up CRM pipelines and opportunity stages, organizing contacts and custom fields, creating lead capture forms, building multi-step workflows with triggers, conditions, tags, and actions, and setting up automated email/SMS follow-ups. I also configure calendars, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back, lead nurturing, client onboarding, and pipeline notifications. For existing GHL accounts, I audit the current setup, identify broken or unnecessary workflows, clean up pipelines, fix automation errors, and restructure the system so different parts work together correctly. The goal is to turn scattered manual processes into a structured system where new leads are captured, followed up with automatically, assigned to the right pipeline stage, and moved through the customer journey with less manual work. I also connect GoHighLevel with tools such as Zapier, Make, webhooks, Twilio, and LeadConnector when additional integrations are required.
