I am a sound engineer passionate about my work. In my career I dedicated myself both to technical and corporate tasks as well as to the musical record production.
Since 2005, I have produced dozens of albums of independent artists. One of these independent productions won the Carlos Gardel Award, the most important prize in the music industry in Argentina, and three of them were nominated.
I also run workshops on musical composition, composition for performing arts and instrumental ensemble, working with artists from their very beginning and training.
FAQ
Do you make an automatic tuning?
No. I work note by note. And sometimes, believe me, you don't have to tune every note a 100%. Sometimes you just have to manually approach the target note in a 80 or 90% to sound real. But if you want every note tuned at a 100%, you've got it!
Do you quantize nailed to the grid?
If the song (or you) ask for it, I will. If not, I use to go with the drum track (and its "imperfections") or with the instrument with best groove in the song. It's subjetive, of course. We can talk about it before starting to work.
Do you use presets when you apply effects?
Never.
Do you keep a copy of the final files?
For ever. You will always have a back up of your file in my hard drive.
Can you mix and master a song?
Yes. I have another gig for that.
