Je suis un musicien professionnel avec plus de 25 ans d’expérience, multi-instrumentiste. J’ai commencé par étudier la lecture et l’écriture musicale, le saxophone, le trombone et la percussion dans l’orchestre scolaire. Plus tard, en tant que jeune homme, j’ai commencé à étudier les instruments électriques : guitare, basse, claviers et batterie. Comment est déterminé le prix de la transcription ?
Je prends principalement en compte la difficulté instrumentale et la variété, ainsi que la qualité du mix ou de l'enregistrement. La durée n'est pas le facteur le plus important ici, car il est plus facile de transcrire 5 minutes de folk en strumming que 2 minutes de shredding metal.
Quel niveau de détail ont leurs transcriptions ?
Je m'efforce de créer des notations qui capturent les nuances de chaque performance. En tant que musicien, je comprends l'importance de l'articulation : slides, lignes legato, accentuations staccato, palm mutes, slap ; tout cela et plus encore sera représenté dans la transcription.
Quel logiciel utilisez-vous pour la transcription ?
J'utilise Guitar Pro 8, qui me permet de créer des tabs et des notations pour divers instruments en format PDF. Je peux également exporter des fichiers MIDI, des fichiers audio, et bien sûr des fichiers pour d'autres utilisateurs de Guitar Pro (8 ou versions antérieures).
