Designed and drafted complex mechanical components for the Heating Neutral Beam Injector of the ITER nuclear fusion program. Produced technical documentation aligned with RCC-MR, ASME, and ISO standards. Conducted design reviews, applying ISO GPS tolerancing to ensure manufacturability and compliance. Performed finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity of critical components. Developed detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) to support manufacturing and procurement processes. Technical expert for the manufacturing follow-up of a critical sub-system in the Neutral Beam.
