As CBDO and Head of Sales at Koitechs, I lead client discovery, presales, solution planning, and delivery coordination for custom software projects. I work directly with founders, product owners, and businesses to understand their goals, clarify requirements, define MVP scope, choose the right engagement model, and match projects with the right engineers from our in-house team. My role covers the full client journey: from the first technical discussion and estimation to team setup, onboarding, delivery coordination, communication, and long-term partnership. Together with our technical team, I help clients build SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, marketplaces, AI-powered products, internal business systems, dashboards, and complex data-driven platforms.
