I'm a lifetime lover of books and stories. I work in fiction genres most of the time. I've also done work on children's books and non-fiction. My WIP is a project for a podcast/novella.
I've been freelance beta & alpha reading on Fiverr for over four years now. I recently decided to start offering editing services.

I had used Julianna B as a beta reader for my first book, and, with my second book nearing completion, I wanted to see how that would transfer. She did a wonderful job of it, asking questions that I hadn't considered, and offering suggestions such as a glossary for readers that weren't as familiar with the era.

Communication was generally polite, but the project experienced repeated deadline extensions over several weeks and was ultimately canceled without any work delivered. I asked for simply a beta reader for impressions, confusing bits or parts they loved/hated, and not only did I receive that, but she also managed to find a few typos that had managed to make it through a dozen edits! She was very pleasant and enthusiastic, and really made me feel like the book is a solid...
