FAQ
What information do you need from me to start?
I need a sketch or existing plan of your space with accurate measurements of ALL walls, doors, windows, and the ceiling height. A list of furniture you want to include (with dimensions if you have them) is also essential to start. The more details, the better the result!
What is included in a "revision" for a floor plan?
A revision covers changes to a proposed layout (e.g., moving the sofa, swapping the table and chair positions). It does not include creating a completely new layout concept from scratch, which would be considered an "Additional Layout Option" extra.
What file format will I receive the final floor plan in?
You will receive a high-quality PDF of the final floor plan. The editable AutoCAD (.dwg) source file is an exclusive deliverable of the Premium package, but it can also be purchased as a 'Gig Extra' for the other packages.
Does this Gig include 3D renderings or just 2D plans?
This Gig is specifically for creating professional 2D floor plans and furniture layouts. It does not include 3D modeling or rendering. If you'd like to visualize your new layout in 3D, please check out my 3D Rendering Gig or contact me for a custom offer!
