What do you need to start the UX audit?
I need a link to your live website, app, prototype, or Figma file, along with your business goals, target audience, and any known usability or conversion concerns.
What will I receive in the UX audit?
You will receive clearly identified usability issues, UX friction points, severity-based prioritization, and actionable recommendations for improving the experience.
Do you also redesign the screens after the audit?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include redesign services. You can also add UI redesign, wireframes, user flows, or prototyping as Gig Extras.
What UX principles do you use for the audit?
I evaluate usability, navigation, hierarchy, consistency, accessibility, user flows, interaction patterns, and conversion friction using established UX principles and heuristic evaluation.
Can you audit both websites and mobile apps?
Yes. I can audit and redesign websites, SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and mobile apps.
Will you conduct interviews with real users?
Real user interviews and usability testing are not included by default. If your project requires primary user research, please contact me before ordering so we can define the research scope.
Can you work with my existing design system?
Yes. I can redesign screens using your existing components and guidelines, or create and improve a reusable Figma design system if required.
Do you provide development or coding?
This Gig focuses on UX audit, strategy, wireframes, UI redesign, prototyping, and design deliverables. Development is not included unless separately agreed upon.
