What happens in a grief counselling session?
Each session is a confidential, compassionate space to talk openly about your grief. I will listen without judgement, guide you through your emotions and gently offer tools to support your healing process. You set the pace.
Can the sessions be personalised to my spiritual or cultural background?
Yes. I respect and honour your background. Sessions can be faith-based or neutral and I will adjust the support plan to align with your values, beliefs and needs.
How will the counselling sessions be delivered?
Sessions are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet, based on your preference. You will receive a link after booking and all sessions are conducted in a safe, private and respectful environment.
What kind of follow-up is included in the Standard and Premium packages?
The Standard Package includes a brief personalised support plan and the option to add a basic check-in as an extra. The Premium Package includes a comprehensive support plan and the option to add a basic check-in as an extra.
