De quoi ai-je besoin pour commencer ?
Cela n'a jamais été aussi simple que de passer la commande sur mon service. On vous posera quelques questions de base comme le nom de votre entreprise, votre slogan, votre couleur, etc. après avoir passé la commande.
Quel forfait dois-je acheter ?
La qualité du travail dans les trois packages est la même, mais la différence réside dans le nombre de concepts initiaux, de révisions et de fichiers livrables. Bien que le FORFAIT PREMIUM soit ce dont vous avez besoin pour un SERVICE TOP NOTCH et laissez le reste sur mes épaules créatives :)
Quelle est l'importance des fichiers Vector/Source ?
Les fichiers vectoriels sont principalement utilisés à des fins d'impression. D'autres choses importantes incluent l'évolutivité et la modification de la conception à tout moment.
Qu'est-ce qu'un kit de médias sociaux ?
Vous recevrez votre FINAL AMAZING LOGO sous forme d'IMAGE DE PROFIL et d'IMAGE DE COUVERTURE qui seront utilisées sur FB, Twitter, IG, etc.
Comment fonctionne la politique de remboursement ?
Si l' client n'est pas satisfait du travail, je fournirai sûrement un remboursement complet à l' client.
Qu'est-ce qu'une révision ?
Une révision est une modification du design soumis et fait référence à la police, la couleur, la disposition des éléments, etc. La révision ne signifie pas un tout nouveau design.

Combien de temps faudra-t-il pour réaliser un projet ?
Le délai de livraison est de 5 jours pour la livraison initiale. (vous pouvez également sélectionner l'option "extra rapide" pour une livraison initiale de 24 à 48 heures). - De plus 1 à 2 jours par révision selon l'heure à laquelle la demande de révision m'a été envoyée.
