I worked as a Senior Odoo ERP Developer and Consultant at Silverdale for over 5 years, where I gained extensive hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions for businesses across multiple industries. During this time, I worked on full ERP implementations covering key business domains including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting & Invoicing, Point of Sale (POS), HR, Payroll, Project Management, Helpdesk, and Website/eCommerce. My responsibilities included analyzing business requirements, designing ERP workflows, configuring Odoo modules, and delivering customized solutions to align Odoo with real-world business processes. I implemented and optimized workflows such as lead-to-sale processes, procurement cycles, inventory control, warehouse operations, manufacturing production flows, and financial accounting structures. I also configured critical areas like product categories, costing methods, inventory valuation, stock movements, and accounting integration to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting. On the technical side, I worked on custom module development, business process automation, report customization, API integrations, and third-party system integrations. I also handled system troubleshooting, performance optimization, database management, data migrations, version upgrades, and deployment management to maintain reliable and scalable Odoo environments. This role required both technical development and functional consultancy, enabling me to bridge the gap between business operations and ERP implementation. Through this experience, I developed strong expertise in Odoo architecture, module customization, workflow automation, and end-to-end ERP implementations, helping organizations improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making through well-structured Odoo systems.
