I never ask for your QuickBooks login. You send a QuickBooks "Invite Accountant" request I work inside your file with my own credentials, and you can revoke access instantly, anytime. Nothing changes hands.

Do I need to share my QuickBooks password with you?
No. I only work through QuickBooks Online's "Invite Accountant" feature. You keep full control and can revoke my access instantly, anytime — no password ever changes hands
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. I access your file through your own QBO account permissions, not a shared login. Your data stays inside your QuickBooks account at all times.
What do you need from me to get started?
n Accountant Invite, your most recent bank statements, and answers to a few quick questions — see the Requirements section when you order.
My books haven't been touched in over a year, can you still help?
Yes. Message me with a rough idea of the backlog before ordering and I'll send a custom quote sized to the actual scope.
Do you handle payroll or tax filing?
Not as part of this gig — my focus here is bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting. Happy to discuss separately if needed.
