What is source file ?
Source file is file (layered) from program that we used to draw. So you possibly to edit the result as you want and you can print it out without worried about loss of quality. Normally, we will give you *PSD and *PDF file format. But you can request other file format as well.

He was very nice and always tried to fulfill my wishes. Even though I had "unlimited requests", I eventually received the final file, which I was still not happy with afterwards. Now I have a picture that I cannot use (that I paid the full price for) and he no longer responds. He was very kind while chat, but I won't order anything from him again.
