In this project, I will work with the client to analyze historical enterprise data (No size limits) on prior marketing campaigns, sales data spanning customers, products, or both, or product data to answer questions of the following types:


  1. Are we targeting the right customers?
  2. Which of our campaigns have produced the best ROI? How can we replicate the success?
  3. What are our user personas?
  4. Which customer personas are driving sales?
  5. Which customer personas are churning faster? Where does retention efforts need to be focused?


The client needs to provide the raw data on which the analysis can be done. The final output depends a great deal on the data available. However, for the exploration and in-depth analysis packages, I will work with the client to identify data sources within the organization that can help.


Tangible deliverables include:

  1. 30 minute setup conversation to align expectations
  2. Short presentation on findings and answers to questions
  3. Detailed report on analysis
  4. 30 minute delivery conversation to walk client through the results.
  5. 30 - 60 minute conversation to brainstorm possibilities (Optional)
