FAQ
Can I provide the script?
Yes! If you already have a script, please provide it with the order requirements (word or pdf). As part of your order, I will proofread for timing, grammar, and legal.
Can I provide the music?
Yes! As long as the music bed is properly licensed/royalty-free.
Can I choose the music?
Yep! I have access to a royalty-free library of music. Just let me know the vibe you are going for, and I can send samples for you to pick from.
Can I provide the voiceover?
Yes - some spots just make sense to have a customer or stakeholder testimonial. Or if you have a professional voiceover already that you like, go ahead and send over the mp3 or WAV file in the order requirements. I will do a quality check and do any processing if needed.
Do you offer different delivery styles?
Yes, I can do most any delivery style you need - conversational, announcer, movie trailer, energetic, professional, fun. Just let me know what you prefer!
When can I expect to get my order?
Normal turnaround is 2 business days (M-F). If you would like it sooner, check out the gig extras and you can add on 1-day delivery for a small additional fee.
How many revisions?
1 Revision is included in all orders! (A revision is the change of a line or two in the script, change of music. Additional revisions will have added fees). I stand behind my work, so IF I messed up, then I will make sure that the spot gets corrected at no additional fees.
Can I order multiple spots on the same order?
Yes! If you have more than 1 audio spot that you would like to order, please use the 'Gig Extras' to select additional 30 or :60 second spots.
