I have three years of professional experience working as a Web Developer, during which I designed, developed, and maintained websites for different clients and organisations. My work focused on creating responsive, user-friendly, and functional websites that help businesses build their online presence. Over these three years, I gained practical experience in front-end development, back-end functionality, website optimisation, and content management systems. I started my career as a Junior Web Developer where I learned the basic structure of web development while working under the guidance of experienced developers. My main responsibilities included creating webpage layouts using HTML, styling pages with CSS, and adding interactive features through JavaScript. I also helped maintain existing websites by updating content, fixing design issues, and ensuring that pages worked correctly on different browsers. During this early stage, I focused on understanding how websites are structured and how users interact with them. I learned the importance of clean coding practices, organised file structures, and efficient problem solving. Working with senior developers also allowed me to observe professional workflows and understand how real projects move from planning to final deployment. After gaining confidence and technical knowledge, I progressed into a Web Developer position where I started handling more independent responsibilities. I was involved in building complete websites from the initial design stage to final launch. My role included collaborating with designers, project managers, and sometimes clients to understand project requirements and convert them into working digital solutions. One of my main tasks was developing responsive websites that perform well on different devices such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones. I used responsive design techniques and frameworks like Bootstrap to ensure websites adjusted automatically to different screen sizes.
