I moderate in both Mandarin and English with hands-on experience in medical device usability, cross-cultural product research, and experimental design. - Developed test plans for next-generation AED (defibrillator) devices; identified 15+ usability issues across hardware, UI and voice prompts. - Diagnosed a hardware component causing recurring failures and drove 3 rapid test-and-iterate cycles with the design team, resolving it in the following benchmark; established a usability benchmark confirming the new AED activated its rescue mode faster than the sustaining product. - Synthesised 60+ usability tests to set testing priorities; presented findings to the core project team, influencing design changes to AED pads.
