Do I need to provide content or a knowledge base first?
I will help you set it up. You just share your website, FAQ, docs, or any material about your business. I turn that into the agents knowledge base.
How does the AI learn about my business?
I build a knowledge base from your content and connect it with RAG. The agent answers only from your data, not from the open internet.
Will it work on my website?
Yes. It embeds as a widget and works on any modern site. We test it live on your site before handoff.
Can I add new information later?
Yes. The knowledge base can be updated any time after delivery. I include a simple way for you to refresh it, or you can order an update.
What if I want changes after delivery?
Every package includes revisions. If you need more, you can add the Additional Revision extra or message me.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your content is used only to build your agent and is never shared or used to train public models.
